Matthew Lane Durham, 20, is accused of 17 counts related to the alleged rape and molestation of eight Kenyan children. Six are expected in court during the jury trial set to begin Tuesday morning. At the end of a three-hour hearing Wednesday, U.S. District Judge David L. Russell said the public will be cleared from the courtroom during each child’s testimony.
